OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg police said they charged 37-year old Steven A. Montroy of Heuvelton with aggravated unlicensed operation following a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Montroy was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 3:08 a.m. on Paterson Street, police said.
He was cited and released, police said.
