POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's Department of Geology will host a series of free shows at the college’s planetarium this spring. Shows will be Thursdays at 4 p.m., presented by Professor Frank Revetta.
The schedule for the Spring 2013 semester will be "Fall Constellations," Feb. 14; "Winter Constellations," Feb. 28; "Brightest Stars," Mar. 14; "Constellations World Wide," Apr. 4; "How Astronomers Locate Stars and Planets," Apr. 18 and "Constellations of the Zodiac," May 2.
Each show will last about 45 minutes. The planetarium is in the basement of Stowell Hall. All ages are welcome.
