Designed for players in grades 7–12, this three-hour clinic combines technical skill development, positional training, and collegiate-level concepts to help modified, JV, and varsity athletes strengthen their game.
Players will work on all aspects of volleyball, with part of the clinic dedicated to position-specific instruction to build skill, confidence, and volleyball IQ. The clinic also serves as an ID opportunity for high school athletes interested in being seen by the SUNY Potsdam coaching staff.
Players of all experience levels are encouraged to attend. Instruction will focus on strong fundamentals while introducing advanced techniques and concepts appropriate for developing athletes.
Coach Stokes brings more than 30 years of coaching experience across the high school, club, and collegiate levels and has been named Coach of the Year six times across the NECC, SUNYAC, NEAC, and NEVC conferences. His coaching career includes two NCAA Tournament appearances, multiple conference championships, and extensive experience developing athletes at every level. A former collegiate setter himself, Stokes brings both playing and coaching experience to the court.
