CANTON – A new six-week Strengthening & Toning Exercise Class begins Sept. 10. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8 a.m. in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room and taught by certified fitness instructor Teresa Stone. All equipment is provided and you need not be a member of the fitness center to participate. Cost is $45. Register at tstone@stlawu.edu .
