CANTON -- A new session of Strengthening and Toning Exercise Class runs Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. from Feb. 1 to March 17.
There will be no class the week of Feb. 21.
The classes, in the St Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room, are taught by certified fitness instructor Teresa Stone.
The fee for this six-week session is $45.
