POTSDAM -- State Police are asking for the public's help in their investigation of a shoplifting May 28 at the Potsdam Wal-Mart.
When he was stopped by store employees, he provided false information and then fled the store before troopers arrived.
The suspect left the parking lot in a vehicle which appeared to be a dark colored Jeep Liberty, according to troopers.
Anyone who has information or can identify the suspect is asked to contact Trooper Andrew Baxter, SP Canton, (518) 873-2750.
