CANTON – On Thursday, June 1, at 3 p.m. in the Historic Courtroom of the St. Lawrence County Courthouse, 48 Court St., the St. Lawrence County Bar Association will unveil the judicial portraits of the following retired judges, all of whom served St. Lawrence County with distinction:
Hon. Kathleen M. Rogers, Surrogate Judge, St. Lawrence County, serving 1989 until 2014
Hon. David Demarest, Justice of the Supreme Court, 4th Judicial District, serving 1994 until 2015
Hon. Barbara R. Potter, Family Court Judge, St. Lawrence County, serving 2002 through 2011
Hon. Jerome J. Richards, County Court Judge, St. Lawrence County, serving 2005 until 2020
Hon. Cecily L. Morris, Family Court Judge, St. Lawrence County, serving 2012 through 2021
Hon. John F. Richey, Surrogate Judge, St. Lawrence County, serving 2015 until 2022
