MASSENA -- There is a vacancy on the Joint Recreation Commission.
Village trustees on Tuesday accepted board member Joshua Miller’s resignation.
Deputy Mayor Matt Lebire said Miller, who served less than a year, moved out of the area.
“We certainly thank him for his service,” Lebire said.
