OGDENSBURG -- Phil Spadaccini, a member of the Friends of St. Lawrence University Men’s and Women’s Hockey Booster Club, recently presented the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary with an abundance of stuffed plush bears.
They will be used for the auxiliary’s “Bring a Bear to Show You Care” program.
The program enables each pediatric patient to receive a bear to help them through their stay.
This is the third year in a row that the club has collected bears.
