Al Roker may not have mentioned them, but a contingent of St. Lawrence University alumni still made their presence known Wednesday morning on NBC's Today Show.
Betsy Schuessler of Gouverneur, who said she first read about the planned alumni gathering in Rockefeller Center on NorthCountryNow.com, tuned in to see if she could spot them in the crowd that normally collects when the hosts are televised outside.

“SLU alumni were seen at the after-7:30 a.m. weather report with Al Roker with their banner and cowbells,” Schuessler reported. “Thanks for giving me the heads up that they might be on.”
