Why is it that so many motor vehicle drivers do not use their turn signals these days? I commute to work five days a week and see how few people take the New York State Law Article 28, Section 1163 seriously. It's so evident to see what danger this creates! We all need as much time as possible to make split second decisions behind the wheel so as not to be in an accident because we had no idea what other drivers in traffic are going to do next. And, I wonder why law enforcement isn't taking note of this and ticketing drivers who don't signal. It is incredibly dangerous and deadly.
