For the one who wrote about how much they have to carry on the place for the apartment...it seems to me that they want a tenant to pay for all your mortgage payment! They need to understand too high of a rent can hurt them because their place could be open for rent a long time. Also seems to me that they want someone that works at Alcoa…and don’t want minimum income or fixed income people (my two cents). And it does hurt tenants who have to pay for snow removal and lawn care cause that cuts into their food budget.
