Singer-songwriter Shawn Stoddard and The BackWater Duo have several upcoming shows booked around the region.
Local shows include:
• Thursday, Sept. 8, 6 p.m., The BackWater Duo at In-Law Brewing Co., 5868 County Route 14, Chase Mills;
• Saturday, Sept. 10, 4 p.m. The BackWater Duo at The Rensselaer Falls Fall Festival, Pioneer Park;
• Saturday, Sept. 24, 6 p.m. singer-songwriter Shawn Stoddard at The Bayside Grill, 1702 Ford St., Ogdensburg; and
• Wednesday, Sept. 28, 5:30 p.m. Wing Night with The BackWater Duo at Doug’s Tavern Pub & Grub, 71 State St., Heuvelton.
The BackWater Duo is comprised of singer-songwriter Shawn Stoddard and radio personality/bassist Matt George.
In addition to original music, The BackWater Duo plays a variety of acoustic music ranging from the 70's to hits of today, all with a blues twist.
Free goody bags will be readily available at every show for all children, with parent permission, until supplies run out.
