Scott W. Bickford, 46, Massena

MASSENA -- Scott W. Bickford, age 46, of Massena, New York passed away tragically on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, in an automobile accident in Franklin County.

Arrangements for Scott are under the care of the Garner Funeral Service.

Scott was born December 30, 1976, in Malone, NY to Diana (Bickford) Foster.

Scott attended Potsdam Central High School and worked as a welder until he was injured.

Scott truly enjoyed life's simple pleasures, spending time with his family and friends (especially his little buddy, Cameron), racing and smashing cars with his youngest brother, Joey, and riding his Harley with his fiancee, Sherry Harmer.

Scott had a heart of gold and will always be remembered for his passion for helping others. Day or night Scott was always only a phone call away.

Scott is survived by his fiancee, Sherry Harmer, his dad, Wayne (Brynn) Foster, 3 brothers, Wayne Foster Jr., Jason Foster (Leonard Nesbit), and Joey (Joann) Foster, nieces and nephews, Makenna, Ashton, and Cameron Foster, and Michael Foster Nesbit. Scott is also survived by his son, Kayden Bickford and step-sister, Ashley Curtis.

Scott is predeceased by his mother, Diana (Bickford) Foster.

Scott was a well-loved man whose absence is truly noticed by all who loved him.

Family and friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Thursday, December 14th from 4-6 pm.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 6 pm.
