DICKINSON CENTER - Sally “Sarah” A. Rivers, age 79 of Dickinson Center, passed away on Monday October 12, 2026, at Rochester Regional Hospital.
Friends and family may be received on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Phillips Memorial Home located at 64 Andrews Street in Massena, NY. Burial will follow in Visitation Cemetery, Norfolk.
