First-years Robert Burke and Matthew Edkins posted individual event wins for St. Lawrence, and the team finished Saturday's dual meet with Hartwick with a relay win, but fell to the Hawks 183-95.
Edkins edged out teammate Alex Blake in both the 1M and 3M to sweep the diving events. He earned a score of 289.30 on the 1M to Blake's 256.40 and 300.60 to win the 3M.
Burke led a trio of Saints in the 200 IM with a time of 2:11.24, Henry McCormick finished second (2:17.35) and Matt Bauer came in third (2:26.88).
The foursome of Burke, Philip Scott, Henry McCormick and Grant Reeder combined to win the 200 free relay in the final event of the meet with a time of 1:37.11.
The Saints will close out the regular season in the Augsbury Pool on Jan. 30th with a dual meet against Utica before turning their attention to the UNYSCSA Championship in February.
