The St. Lawrence men's swimming and diving team wrapped up its dual meet schedule with a 103-71 at Utica College on Saturday afternoon.
The Saints opened the meet with a 200 medley relay win, as Austin Clark, Henry McCormick, Samuel Song and Kirby Kaylor combined for a time of 1:54.09; a full six seconds in front of Utica's foursome.
First-years Grant Fisher and Brandon Walker each won a pair of events for the Saints, as Fisher finished first in the 1000 free (11:04.07) in front of teammates Matt Bauer (11:05.73) and Jack Quinn (11:48.30), to help the Saints combine for 16 points in the event. He also swam to victory in the 400 IM with a time of 4:40.01.
Walker swept the sprint freestyle events for St. Lawrence, swimming to wins in the 50 (23.47) and 100 (52.11). The Saints also earned a win in the 200 freestyle thanks to junior Grant Reeder who posted a time of 1:55.79.
The Saints dove uncontested and earned 16 team points, as Alex Blake posted the top score of 257.85 and was followed by James Wilczewski in second place (241.12) and William Moran in third (201.22).
The team will now turn its attention to the UNYSCSA Championship meet which begins Feb. 18.
