The St. Lawrence University football team will head to Alliance, OH to face nationally-ranked #2 Mount Union in the opening round of the Division III NCAA Football Playoffs on Saturday, November 20. Meanwhile, head coach Mark Raymond will be featured on this week's radio broadcast of "Inside the HuddLLe," a show dedicated to the coverage of Liberty League football.
St. Lawrence, winners of the Liberty League for the first time in school history, earned the conference's automatic bid. The Saints are playing in the NCAA Playoffs for the fourth time in University history (1976, 1978, 1982).
Mount Union is one of the premier teams in the nation, coached by Larry Kehres, 299-22-3 in 25 seasons. The Purple Raiders have won the NCAA Championship 10 times, most recently in 2008 and are champions of the Ohio Athletic Conference.
Coach Raymond's interview on "Inside the HuddLLe" can be found by clicking here, as he is slated to appear in the "Coaches Corner" segment of the show.
More details for Saturday's game will be posted as they become available.
