PIERREPONT -- A Russell man has been charged with breaking into a Pierrepont camp and stealing things from inside the building.
State police say they charged Jason J. McCarthy, 35 of Russell with third-degree burglary, a felony.
Troopers say he broke into the camp on June 4 and stole "various tools and items from within."
McCarthy was arraigned in Morristown Town Court and released with orders to re-appear in Pierrepont Town Court on a later date, troopers said.
