OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged Feb.16 stemming from a complaint about a wandering child, according to city police.
Todd M. Shampine, 38, was cited for endangering the welfare of a child at 9:02 a.m., officers said.
He was cited at Centennial Terrace and released on an appearance ticket, police said.
