OGDENSBURG -- City police say a report of a vomiting child with a low pulse led to child endangerment and pot charges for a man.
Peter J. Caughy is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police said the child was taken to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center for evaluation.
Caughy, who police said was held pending arraignment, was charged following a complaint lodged Saturday at 4:09 p.m.
