There will be several Red Cross Blood drives scheduled in the region in October.
The SUNY Canton Campus Center, 34 Cornell Dr., will hold drives Oct. 3, 4 and 5, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
St. Lawrence University, 23 Romoda Dr., will stage a drive Oct. 3 from 1-6 p.m.
Seaway Technical Center BOCES, 7225 State Highway 56 will offer a blood drive Oct. 5 from 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Massena VFW, 101 W. Hatfield St., will stage a blood drive Oct. 9, from noon-4 p.m.
The Unitarian Universalist Church, 3 1/2 E. Main St., will have a collection Oct. 10, from 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Hermon DeKalb Central School, 709 E. DeKalb Rd, will hold a blood collection Oct. 12, from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and the Colton Volunteer Fire Department, Riverside Drive, will host a drive Oct. 13, from 2-6 p.m.
