OSWEGATCHIE -- No injuries were reported following several car accidents in Oswegatchie Friday and into Saturday morning during hazy and overcast conditions.
Jordon B. Fields, 27, Ogdensburg, was driving when a one-car accident occurred on State Hwy. 68 near the intersection with Arnold Wagner Road at 8:11 a.m., according to state police.
Another one-vehicle accident occurred on St. Hwy 68, near the Arnold Wagner Road intersection, at 10:27 a.m. Donica M. Ben, 35, Ogdensburg, was driving, police said.
Nicole L. Johnson, 24, Heuvelton, was the driver in another one-car accident at 12:44 p.m. on St. Hwy 812, near East Road, police reported.
A two-car accident also occurred in Oswegatchie Friday at 1:08 p.m. Allen J. Ashley, 20, Ogdensburg, and Peter J. Seguin, 56, Richville, were driving when the accident occurred on the onramp of St. Hwy. 37.
Yet another accident involving driver Brandy, A. Kilbourn, 32, Heuvelton, was reported at 3:03 p.m., police said. The accident occurred on St. Hwy 812, near Hutchinson Road.
Claire V. Plummer, 21, Ogdensburg, was also involved in a one-vehicle accident at 1:27 a.m. Saturday. Her accident occurred on Irish Settlement Road near Lisbon St., according to police.
The National Weather Service reported overcast and hazy conditions for much of the day yesterday, including some light snow at times.
