CANTON – Village and CSX officials are warning that the railroad plans to do some work on the line through Canton between July 19 and 26, possibly blocking some road crossings in the village.
CSX said it will be replacing rail sometime during that period, but could not be more specific yet about the date.
Railroad crossings such as those at Buck Street, Miner Street, Park Street and Main Street could be subject to temporary stoppages of traffic.
