POTSDAM – A Potsdam woman who allegedly chased her boyfriend with a knife while a 4-year-old child watched during a domestic dispute Saturday has been arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Nichole L. Harmer, 28, of 96 Sisson Road, Potsdam, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree menacing.
Deputies report she is to answer the charges in Potsdam Town Court on Dec. 16.
