MADRID — A Potsdam woman was charged stemming from a shoplifting complaint Sept. 30 of last year, according to state police.
Jocolyn E. Scott, 30, was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny at 2:46 a.m., police said.
She was issued tickets and released, officers said.
