POTSDAM — The Potsdam village board plans to hold two public hearings later this month to get input from residents on the village granting a cable television franchise to Spectrum Northeast LLC, and on a local law to allow chickens at village homes.
The public hearing regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Potsdam and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications will be held at 5:30 p.m.
The second hearing regarding the village’s proposed chicken law will be held immediately after at 5:45 p.m.
Both hearings will be held in the Civic Center Board Room, Park Street, Potsdam, New York. Copies of both laws are available for view at the clerk’s office.
