POTSDAM -- A Potsdam teenager was held on $1,000 cash bail after she allegedly resisted arrest from village police at an underage drinking party on the roof of a Maple Street apartment.
Michaela A. Bartlett, 17, of Potsdam was charged with obstructing a governmental administration, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of alcohol Sunday at 3:15 a.m.
Potsdam Village Police say a patrol saw several people on the roof of a Maple Street apartment and investigated the incident. Upon arrival police say they observed teenagers drinking alcohol.
At that time police say they arrested Bartlett who resisted but was apprehended and charged.
Police say other charges are pending and the incident remains under investigation.
