Potsdam residents present scientific papers at international student conference

Electrical and computer engineering Ph.D. student Natalie Canino and mechanical engineering Ph.D. student Joel Canino, both of Potsdam, recently presented scientific papers at the 2016 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society’s inaugural International Student Conference in Ottawa.

The paper by Natalie Canino and Professor Charles J. Robinson of Norfolk was titled "Simultaneous Accelerometer Measurements of Arterial Activity During Benign Ventricular Ectopy," and the paper by Joel Canino and Associate Professor of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Kevin Fite was titled "Haptic Feedback in Lower-Limb Prosthesis."
