POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions on May 20.

• William A. Locke, 36, Vermont, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 12:34 p.m.
• Joseph C. Martin, 43, Norwood, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 1:12 p.m.
• Kayla A. Hamilton, 28, Potsdam, was cited for no seatbelt at 1:39 p.m. on Market Street for allegedly not using the shoulder harness on her seat belt.
• Brian Kerwin, 74, Wanakena, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 2:42 p.m.
• Brian T. Shannon, 51, Massena, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk on Market Street at 2:42 p.m.
