Jardel G. John-Bobb, 22, Brooklyn, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on March 18 following an investigation into a hit and run accident that occurred on Feb. 12.
The tickets are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on March 27.
