POTSDAM -- A Memorial Day Parade planned by The Amvets Post 282 on Monday, May 27, has been canceled.
The forecast calls for thunderstorms for most of the day.
A parade, ceremonies in the park, speeches and a wreath laying were all planned.
It is possible a portion of the ceremonies will take place mid-week, an event representative said. North Country Now will post that information when it becomes available.
