POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man is facing charges, including a felony, for allegedly damaging a truck and fence during an incident at Half Ton’s, Potsdam Police said.
Spencer T. Davis, 24, is charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal mischief, respectively a felony and misdemeanor, police said.
Davis was charged at 1:20 p.m. Thursday following an investigation into an incident that occurred on June 7 where he allegely caused $4,581.19 in damages to a pickup truck parked in the Half Tons parking lot on Market Street, police said.
Davis fled the scene after being confronted by other bar patrons and damaged a fence on Waverly Street while running away, police said.
He was released with orders to appear in Potsdam Village Court on July 10 at 9:30 a.m., police said.
