POTSDAM — The Potsdam Food Co-Op’s annual shareholders meeting is slated for Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the Trinity Church, 8 Maple St.
There will be a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. and the meeting will follow at 7.
The annual report will be presented to member-owners and board members will be elected.
The Co-op bylaws require a quorum of 100 memberships or 10 percent of the total current memberships to vote.
Candidates running for the board include Aviva Gold (3-year term), Kristen Avery (3-year term), Brian Reece (3-year term), Rob Forrester (3-year term), and Kim Jukic (1-year term).
