Are planners a thing of the past? Who in their right mind would allow a fast food restaurant to build on that lot that has no sensible traffic flow? And then to say the existing Market Street curb cuts will be eliminated and have all ingress and egress from Elderkin Street and maybe we'll get a light put up there so traffic stops. How will that light be synchronized? If it's with Sandstone Drive then making a left hand turn out (especially at lunch time) will most likely cause congestion if not accidents and making a right hand turn - where are the cars going to go if they are stopped at the Sandstone Drive light? I realize you want to shove everything downtown but this to me is very poor planning; and don't get me going on Taco Bell traffic flow.
