PIERREPONT — A Pierrepont man was charged with burglary on Post Road Thursday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Mark F. Burns, 37, was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, officers said.
Deputies investigated an alleged domestic dispute in which Burns allegedly entered a residence and caused damage to an exterior door, as well as a bedroom door.
Burns was arraigned in Pierrepont court by Judge Filiatrault and released under the supervision of probation, officers said.
Deputies noted a no contact order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
