CANTON — Phantom in the Park returns to Canton on October 24, bringing together families for a wide range of games and activities. The event begins at noon in the Canton Village Park, with the popular costume parade kicking off at 1 p.m.
Local groups, volunteers and students from St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton will take part. Nature Up North will also host a pumpkin carving and painting station. Organizers are seeking community volunteers to assist with the event. Needs include individuals to set up and run simple games, judge the costume contest, and monitor street crossings during the parade. To volunteer, contact Tom Graser at tom@slcchamber.org or 315-386-4000, extension 5.
