NORWOOD -- Perry’s Big M managers Joe Auberger and Arlene Nocerino have donated $1,000 to the Norwood Fire Department for this year’s Fourth of July celebration in Norwood.
The check was accepted by the department’s treasurer, Tim Donahue.
Sue and Larry Perry’s daughters presented this contribution in memory of them.
Perry’s BIG M has long been a supporter of the fire department’s Fourth of July celebration.
This year’s parade will be in honor of Sue Perry.
“Our parade will be bigger and better than last year,” said Donahue. “The fire department depends on community support to defray the high cost of bands and fireworks. This most generous donation is a great start to our fund raising efforts,” he said.
