PARISHVILLE -- Carol Palmer of Parishville has donated her first hair cut in 37 years to Locks for Love. Palmer has been diagnosed with cancer and will begin chemotherapy treatments soon.
She decided to donate her 22-inch braid to "Locks of Love" so that someone can use it. The photo show here was taken by her husband, Gary Palmer.
