AKWESASNE – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe recently received a donation of baby and toddler pajamas from a Plattsburgh family advocacy group, said a press release from the tribe.
The tribe’s Office of the Family Advocate and the Three Sisters Program, along with members of the Tribal Council, expressed appreciation for the donation of approximately 50 baby and toddler pajamas from Healthy Families New York – Franklin & Clinton Counties, based in Plattsburgh.
Healthy Families is a unit of Behavioral Health Services North Inc.
The organization is a prevention program that provides home-based services and support to parents with young children.
They receive an annual donation of pajamas from the child clothing company Carter’s that they distribute to clients and partnering programs throughout Northern New York.
