The Potsdam Interfaith Community feels it imperative to raise our voice against all terrorist acts of hate and violence.
We condemn the recent shootings at the Al Noor and Linwood mosques in New Zealand as inhumane and abhorrent and express solidarity with our many Muslim friends in St. Lawrence County.
We (PIC) are a community of differing faiths that respect people of all religious backgrounds and strongly hold to the belief that mutual appreciation, understanding and regard for others, irrespective of religious affiliation, is an essential foundation for a just society and world where people can live together peacefully and worship freely and without fear.
