OGDENSBURG - SeaComm Federal Credit Union announces a gift of $5,000 in support of the Remington Museum's project to restore its 1810 historic Parish Mansion.
“The museum that is rich in North Country history, has an international following, and is extremely significant to our regional tourism economy, is a cornerstone of the greater Ogdensburg community," said SeaComm President & Chief Executive Officer Scott A. Wilson.
"We're deeply grateful to SeaComm for its generosity and appreciation of the unique place the museum and its collection mean to the region and nation. Thanks to thoughtful corporate citizens like them our restoration project will continue to assure that these treasures will be enjoyed by generations to come", added museum executive director Ed LaVarnway.
