OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg police said they charged a woman with driving while intoxicated after she allegedly crashed into a sign and fence and fled the scene Saturday night.
Heather M. Spell, 38, Ogdensburg, was charged with felony DWI, refusal to take a breath test, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and unlicensed operation at 7:36 p.m.
The incident reportedly took place on Main Street.
She was cited and released.
