OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg woman was charged after allegedly stealing from the Shoe Department store on Canton Street March 17, according to state police.
Nicole C. LaRock, 36, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and petit larceny, officers said.
Troopers said LaRock took $129.95 worth of merchandise pass all points of purchase without paying.
She fled the scene before police arrived, and continued to flee on foot when police found her.
Troopers were able to catch LaRock and place her under arrest, officers said.
She was cited and released, police said.
