CANTON — An Ogdensburg woman was charged May 5 with possessing prison contraband stemming from an April 28 incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Santana. M. Budd, 25, was charged with three counts of first-degree promoting prison contraband after she was found in possession of several controlled substances while being detained at the facility, officers said.
She was arraigned by Judge Foster of Canton court and released on her own recognizance, deputies said.
