OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg Police are investigating an alleged arson incident that occurred at McDonalds restaurant on Dec. 20.
Police say they were dispatched to McDonalds around 10:53 a.m. after receiving a report of a fire that appeared to be intentionally set.
Ogdensburg Police patrol officers determined upon investigation that the department’s Fire Investigation Unit would be required at the scene, police say.
The fire unit then determined Iuraduri, an employee of McDonalds, had intentionally started the fire which caused damage to the building, police say.
Iuraduri was issued an appearance ticket for Ogdensburg City Court at a later date.
