Marissa Foster, a 12th grader, was recently chosen as the OFA Student of the Month.
“Marissa is our “rock star” tutor – she tutors both Middle School and High School students! She plans on furthering her education in Social Work – either at St. Lawrence University or SUNY Plattsburgh,” said Rich Marissa received a certificate from OFA, a Chamber Dollars check and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
