OGDENSBURG – On Monday Nov. 21, the Ogdensburg Neighborhood Center received 690 pounds of food, hygiene items, and a monetary donation delivered by members of the Ogdensburg Professional Firefighters Local 1799.
The food drive was hosted by the Ogdensburg Professional Firefighters Local 1799, the Police Benevolent Association and Police Advisory Unit unions, and the community group, Stronger Together.
Food was purchased for the drive last week by a donation from Local 1799. Items were purchased at Save-A-Lot in Ogdensburg, which matched the donation made by Local 1799.
