POTSDAM – Students and other community members supporting the Occupy Wall Street movement will hold another Occupy Potsdam demonstration tomorrow.
This is Occupy Potsdam’s second event supporting the larger international movement..
Saturday’s march will begin at 11 a.m. in Ives Park in support of the movement and to protest the eviction of the Occupy Wall Street peaceful protesters from Zuccotti Park in New York City’s Wall Street neighborhood.
About 75 people attended the last Occupy Potsdam event on Oct. 22 when people marched down Elm Street near the village’s banks.
