NORFOLK -- A Norwood woman was arrested on drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop for speeding on State Highway 56 Monday evening, according to state police.
Ashley M. Radell, 27, was charged at 6 p.m. with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, troopers said.
She was additionally charged with having a controlled substance in its non-original container, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding: exceeding 55 mph, officers said.
Police did not make her status available.
